Founded in 1972 by visionary engineer H. N. Nanjaraj, RAJ Udyog began its journey with the fabrication of underground fuel storage tanks. Aditya N Raj is the Managing Partner at RAJ Udyog, a leading name in entrance automation systems and steel fabrication. A mechanical engineer by training, Aditya brings a global perspective and technical depth to the company, having completed his Master’s in Engineering Management from Syracuse University, New York.

He began his professional journey in the U.S. as a manufacturing engineer, gaining valuable industry experience before returning to India to join the family enterprise in 2010. Since then, he has been instrumental in shaping RAJ Udyog’s growth and diversification.

Aditya currently oversees sales, finance, and operations, blending technical insight with strategic business acumen. His leadership continues to drive the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Kalpana Nanjaraj

Partner, RAJ UDYOG

Kalpana Nanjaraj is a Partner at RAJ Udyog and the driving force behind the company’s sustained growth over the past two decades. Following the untimely passing of the company’s founder, H. N. Nanjaraj, in 2001, she took charge during a critical phase and successfully steered RAJ Udyog toward stability, profitability, and expansion.

With a Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma in Management from ISB Hyderabad, Kalpana brings a balanced blend of intuition, discipline, and business insight to the table. She currently oversees the overall functioning of the company, playing a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and strategic direction.
